1. After the
customer purchase our new Hot melt equipment,
our company will take charge of the customer's
staff training. Generally, the training is divided
into two times, the first time is about 10 days
before delivering the machine; another is to
make on-site training after installing and debugging
the machine. If the customer's staff can't totally
grasp operating technology after two times'
training, our company can't stop training the
staff until they are totally skilled.
2. Our company will be responsible for installing and debugging the machine after the machine is delivered.
3. Our company will send our technical personnel to guide operators at customer's scene again and make every technical service if the customer does not totally grasp the method in the course of normal production.
4. For response time of after-sale service, our company will make technical guidance by telephone within 2 hours after received customers' service requests; offer service solution within 28 hours and send technical personnel to reach the customer's scene with components to solve the problem.
5. For charges of after-sale service, our company will offer free service for unartificial trouble within one year in principle, including maintenance components. After one year, our company will offer maintenance service all one's life based on fee charging.
6. Charging standards of maintenance.
(1) For components' cost price, charge according to factory price.
(2) For cost of labor used, charge according to actual construction time of technical personnel. |
