Equipped with a measuring device, it automatically detects the spacer width and adjusts the nozzle accordingly, ensuring uniform sealant application on both sides of the aluminum frame. After glass lamination, the butyl sealant is evenly distributed with consistent width (overall error ≤ 0.5mm) and no weak adhesion points. The machine is suitable for dual-side coating of thermoplastic sealants (butyl sealant/Hot Melt Adhesive) on straight, curved, circular, polygonal (irregular shaped) spacers, and can also handle spacers with decorative strips. A special pressure roller device is included for semi-circular arc spacers. Operators can easily adjust the nozzle width via the touch screen to accommodate spacers of different heights.

Furthermore, the machine features an optimized heating module with added insulation, which saves energy, protects the environment, and safeguards surrounding components. The optimized heating circuit ensures rapid warm-up. The coating machine is equipped with a worm gear motor (with encoder) from an imported brand, ensuring stable operation and precise data.
