This non-bitumen HDPE self-adhesive film waterproof membrane takes HDPE polymer sheet as the base material. Its surface is covered with a high-adhesion non-bitumen self-adhesive film layer, and the adhesive layer is coated with specially treated anti-stick particle layer, forming a finished polymer self-adhesive waterproof membrane.

Adopting the pre-laid reverse bonding method, the membrane forms physical adsorption and tenon-and-mortise interlocking with concrete during the cement curing process. It can bond firmly with post-poured concrete and completely eliminate the risk of water seepage between layers.

Scope of Application

It is applicable to the basement floor of industrial and civil buildings, side wall waterproofing projects with narrow construction space, as well as waterproofing works for subways, tunnels, utility tunnels and other municipal projects.

Polymer Sheet Layer

Made of high-quality virgin raw materials, it features outstanding mechanical properties, excellent low-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and durability.

Non-bitumen Self-adhesive Film Layer

Independently developed with polymer materials, it boasts high bonding strength and great UV resistance. It still maintains complete pre-laid reverse bonding performance even after 37 days of exposure to sun and rain on construction sites.

Anti-stick Particle Layer

Adopts white sand layer with good appearance and durability. It can resist trampling by personnel and construction machinery, withstand sun exposure and rain erosion, and provide all-round protection for the self-adhesive layer.

Self-adhesive Overlap Edge

A sand-free zone of about 90mm is reserved along the long side of the membrane, for overlapping connection between adjacent membranes.

Advantages of HDPE Material vs Traditional Waterproof Materials

Construction Process & Key Points

Long-side Overlap: The overlapping width of membrane long sides shall be no less than 80mm. Roll tightly with a pressure roller to ensure reliable bonding.

Short-side Overlap: Use double-sided adhesive tape for lap jointing, or adopt rubber sheet butt joint and compact firmly.

Keep the bonding surface clean during lapping to guarantee good adhesion effect.

Avoid damaging the waterproof layer during steel bar binding and structural concrete pouring.
