Equipment Characteristics of Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Coating Machines:


This equipment incorporates advanced technologies such as electronic temperature control, stepless speed regulation, hot air circulation, automatic counting, gravure printing, and energy-saving devices. It can automatically complete the entire set of processes including printing, coating, drying, slitting, and rewinding in one machine.


Only one operator is required during production. Furthermore, it allows for two-color printing on the pressure-sensitive tape, resulting in an exceptionally aesthetically pleasing appearance. Unwinding Section: The raw material is secured on the unwind shaft using conical sleeves. The unwind shaft is movable for positioning, and the conical pressure head is fixed with nuts.


Printing Section: Utilizes gravure cylinder printing, with the printing width matching the coating width.


Coating Section: Employs two counter-rotating rollers for even coating. The thickness is adjustable, and it accommodates a wide range of adhesive viscosities.


Drying Section: Features the latest hydrothermal temperature control device for uniform heating. Temperature is displayed throughout the process, and energy consumption is remarkably low.


Traction Section: Uses stepless variable speed, allowing for arbitrary adjustment of speed.


Slitting and Rewinding Section: The slitting width is arbitrarily adjustable. It includes tension control, automatic counting of slit length with programmable preset length and automatic stop. Rewinding is neat with uniform tension.
