Safety Instructions for Hot Melt Coating Machine Operation:

Do not place foreign objects on the machine body or use it as elevated equipment. When moving or lifting the coating machine, use only its base as the lifting point.

Never lift the machine by its plastic pot cover, electrical door, control panel components, or insulation pipe fittings. Improper handling may damage the spraying equipment.

Safety Precautions During Maintenance and Repair:

Always disconnect the machine's power supply and the main external power source before performing any maintenance or repairs. Live operation is strictly prohibited.

Personnel involved in disassembly, maintenance, or repair work should avoid wearing conductive accessories (e.g., earrings, watches, necklaces, bracelets) to prevent accidents.

Do not disassemble, inspect, or adjust any components on the coating machine unless you possess sufficient knowledge of the equipment's performance.

Do not disassemble/assemble/repair the equipment alone. Ensure other personnel are nearby to provide immediate assistance or first aid in case of accidents, mechanical damage, or personal injury.

Only qualified personnel are permitted to repair the hot melt coating machine.

Under no circumstances touch exposed wire terminals or other unsecured components connected to wiring.

Always cut off the power supply before removing or moving any protective devices on the machine or replacing component parts.

If possible, stand on a plastic sheet during maintenance work. Never perform maintenance on flooded floors or in highly humid environments.

Always wear safety gloves, goggles, and long-sleeved work clothes during maintenance and repair to prevent burns from high-temperature liquid hot melt adhesive or hot component surfaces.

Before loosening or installing pressure fittings, ensure the compressed air supply pressure to the coating machine has been reduced to zero.

When cleaning the hot melt tank, avoid using open flames or sharp, hard tools to prevent scratching the Teflon non-stick coating inside the tank.

If air pressure leaks or adhesive leakage occurs, do not continue operation. Immediately stop the machine, cut off the power supply, and reduce the operating pressure to zero before troubleshooting.
